Jeanne Stack is a graduate of Saint Anselm College and is a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Massachusetts. She has extensive experience working with elders and people with disabilities. She completed the Veteran’s Administration’s Nurse Practitioner Program in conjunction with California State University at Long Beach, California, and is a Certified Rehabilitation Nurse.

Jeanne has spent over 25 years as a nurse assisting individuals to remain in their home setting. She has vast knowledge of resources and innovative approaches to managing long term community care needs.
